Product description
Fluorine of closing of the valve opening and closing parts are plug shaped valve, sealing surface flat or cone, the valve flap along the center line of the fluid for linear motion. - Storage and maintenance
Valves can be stored in any area of the mask, but must pay attention to prevent the valve is soil or ground dirty. At the time of shipment, the inlet and outlet of the valve are provided with a protective cover. Note that before the installation of the valve, do not remove these protective cover.
Installation and maintenance
1 before installation should be carefully check valve nameplate content, to ensure that the valve type, size, seat materials, temperature rated values in line with the use of pipeline.
2 rubber lining layer or rubber diaphragm surface fat items are not brushing, so as to avoid affecting the service life of the valve rubber swelling.
3 before the installation of the valve can be used to check all the connections at the valve to ensure that it has been evenly tightened. And check whether the packing is pressed and sealed.
4 in the manual operation of the valve, the valve should not be assisted by the use of the valve opening and closing, so as to avoid excessive torque and damage to the parts or parts of the seal.
